Paul's workshops are designed to guide and support people on their healing journey and spiritual path, to open their hearts and to experience, live and share an awakening present moment of loving consciousness, compassion and joy.

Mindfulness Meditation Teacher

Paul is the guiding teacher at the at the Insight Meditation Community of Fairfield County (CT) where he leads ongoing meditation classes and beginner's courses. He also teaches at All That Matters, Wakefield RI. Paul has led classes at NY Insight Meditation Center, Downtown NY Meditation Center and was a meditation teacher for staff and guests at Omega Institute summer 2005.

Over the past 30 years, Paul has offered classes, workshops, retreats, trainings and academic courses in a variety of settings and contexts. He has offered programs for health care professional, the general public, and patients at various venues such as medical schools, destination and day spas, yoga and learning centers and continuing education programs. Paul is a graduate of the 3 year community dharma leader (CDL) training program of Spirit Rock Meditation Center. A representative sample of my teaching can be found in my weekend workshop retreat taught at Kripalu, and my teachings at NY Insight, and All That Matters.
